
On 19 January, Belize’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Immigration held a solemn ceremony during which Belize received a contribution from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania to the Hurricane Lisa Relief Fund. The fund was established to help the people of Belize recover from the natural disaster - Hurricane Lisa.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania allocated EUR 30,000 in humanitarian assistance to Pakistanis. The funds will be transferred to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC).

At a meeting of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on 16 November, Lithuania became the 31st member of the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC), which is an important international forum of many of the largest providers of aid.

On 15 July, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Mantas Adomėnas participated remotely in the high-level international donor conference “Moldova Support Platform”, which was held in Bucharest, Romania. The conference aimed at strengthening the international community’s cooperation with Moldova and mobilizing strong political, financial and technical assistance to help the country overcome the impact of Russia’s war in Ukraine.
