National (D) visa

A foreigner in possession of a national visa (D) may enter the Republic of Lithuania and stay in it for the period indicated in the visa. A national visa (D) may be issued for one or several entries (single entry and multiple entry visa).

A single entry national visa (D) shall be issued to a foreigner who has been granted a temporary or permanent residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania. Additional information can be found at www.migracija.lt.

ATTENTION:

To obtain a national D visa or Temporary Residence Permit in Lithuania, an applicant has to submit an application to the Migration Department under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania through external service provider (VFS in Egypt is not one of the service providers):
