AMBASSADOR OF LITHUANIA HAD A MEETING WITH THE UNDERSECRETARY OF EGYPT MINISTRY OF TOURISM

On January 29, 2008 Ambassador of Lithuania in Egypt Mr. Ginutis Dainius Voveris had a meeting with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Tourism of Egypt that is in charge of international and public relations Mrs. Madiha Youssef Salah El Din. Ambassador with the Undersecretary exchanged views about the modifications in the draft Project of Cooperation Agreement between the two countries in the Field of Tourism.

During the meeting Undersecretary informed that according to the statistics 47.000 Lithuanian tourists have visited Egypt in 2007 while 2006 the number of Lithuanian tourists in Egypt was 28.000.
