| Invitation to tender | The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter: MFA) is inviting tenders for the provision of visa information and related information and other related services including visa interview appointments for the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to the Arab Republic of Egypt (hereinafter: Embassy). | |

| Statement of service requirements | The services in scope for outsourcing comprise the following tasks:· Providing visa information by telephone and answering general telephone inquiries on Lithuanian legislation and procedures and other visa related information; · Scheduling of appointments for visa applicant interviews according to the order agreed with the Embassy;· Delivering of the final schedule for the next day according to the procedure agreed with the Embassy. | |
| Conditions for participation | External service provider shall meet the requirements of Article 43 (7) of the EC Regulation No 810/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing a Community Code on (Visa Code). | |
| Time-limit for receipt of tenders | Complete tenders must be submitted in 45 days after publication of this invitation to tender in the supplement Informaciniai pranešimai (Information publication) to Legal Gazette Valstybės žinios. | |

| Submission requirements | Tenders must be written in Lithuanian or in English. Complete tenders must have:- Tender letter;- Documentation of fulfilled qualification requirements;- Detailed presentation of the service.Tenders must be submitted by registered mail or delivered personally by the authorized representative of the external service provider. Tenders via telefax or e-mail are not permitted and will not be taken into consideration. | |
