New Schengen Visa Application Form
The Schengen visa application form should be filled in on the following website: https://www.migracija.lt/en/
To access the application form, choose your nationality from the list, then select the Schengen visa application form and create your login. When filling out the application, in the option "Original documents will be provided at", choose "External Service Provider", as the documents, together with the application, will be submitted at VFS visa center.
